Membership

The Pony Club offers nine different sports, more than any other equestrian organisation!

As a Pony Club member you can:
Work towards a range of Achievement Badges and Competition Badges, learning vital skills along the way!
Improve your riding and horse care skills by working up through The Pony Club Efficiency Tests.
Represent your Branch at local, regional and national competitions, including the famous Pony Club Championships!
We have rallies and training clinics running for all members of all ages and abilities – full details can be found here on our website under the Clinics & Events tab including training dates, venue and cost with details of who to contact.
If you are not sure if a discipline is suitable for your child/pony simply contact the discipline head who will give you any help/guidance you need.

There is something running every week so plenty of opportunity to get out and practice with great instructors at various venues, both indoors and out.

How to join 

 
Download and complete the Membership Form above then return it to:
Membership Team, The Pony Club, Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2RW 
or email it to: membership@pcuk.org
 
All renewals should now be made directly with head office at Stoneleigh or via the Membership Portal 
(please note, you must have activated your account to use the portal)
 
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS (those with less than 3 riding members in the same household)
– You will receive 2 emails with details of how to renew via the new online portal. 
  • The first contains the renewal reminder and membership details. 
  • The second contains a custom link to the portal. When you click this link you will be asked to enter a password. 
  • This is a new online portal so create a new password. 
  • You will then be asked to login with your username (the email address to which the renewal reminder was sent) and your newly created password.
– Early renewal notices are being sent this year to try and phase the renewal process for memberships expiring 31/1/2021.  
– Reminders will normally be sent one month prior to renewal date, and then 2 weeks before if not renewed. A follow up reminder will also be sent once membership has expired.
– Using the online portal, you will be able to check and update any contact details, add members and pay online.
– You will not be able to change the Branch or membership type (Riding or Non-riding) – if you need to do this please contact your Branch to initiate the transfer process or contact membership@pcuk.org to change your membership type.
– Memberships will be for a 12-month period from the date of expiry
(eg. if you renew in December and your membership expires on 31 January 2021 then your new membership will run until 31 January 2022)
 
FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS
If you have a Family Membership (more than 3 riding members in the same household), or want to add members to create a Family Membership, you will need to download and complete the Membership Form above email it to membership@pcuk.org OR sent by post to the address on the form.

Renewals:

Membership is on a rolling basis, so you always get 12 months from the date you join!
